We picked these beautiful plums from a magnificent tree on our good friend’s little farm in Ashland. I love the varied surface of plums. The dull, muted tones next to glossy, deep, rich hues are gorgeous. The not-quite-ripe plums have an orange-red glow that complements the purples and blues of the ripe fruit. Pure visual joy.
